I Want to Know the Story Behind Your Username

Heaven Beside You is a song by Alice in Chains. When I found EP all those years ago I identified with this song in a big way laying next to my husband in bed at night. I would lay there for hours, struggling with trying to find another way, perhaps a different way, something I hadn't thought of, hadn't tried, hadn't begged for. Something, anything, that would fix this mess of a marriage. I would lay there, and quietly cry out of frustration and hurt and helplessness.

I have been divorced now for many years, but I will always love this song. It still speaks to me, but now more from a place of strength than of weakness.

Great story,

Mine was an accident. There were not enough spaces for a username on a different site and the email I was using at the time ended up being shortened to this username. Accident and coincidence that the shortened word was a word....

@sunrisehawk I almost just picked something else since those days are over, but my friend Fun who told me to give this place a shot nixed the idea.
