If you were a Bond villain...what would your plan be?

I'm not asking which Bond villain you'd be...I'm more asking what you'd do? Plus you've got to be on the lookout for a crazy British sociopath that can outwit anyone and blow up tanks with a pistol that only has a single bullet...so there's that.

Infect Bond with a highly contagious toxin which I have given him the antidote for. Only he will live and he will cause many deaths until he figures it is he who is contagious.

Then I cause havoc all over the world so he travels to stop me.
