name a movie that made you an emotional wreck

:)

or as close as it gets

I forgot the name but its a foreign film. Really thought i was watching a feel good movie then they randomly decided to have one of the main characters sexually assaulted & murdered. It came out of nowhere i dont think that should be a quirky plot twist but what do I know?

@Grateful4you My turn to agree.. But maybe Schindlers List was a better example of the broader picture than one womans impossible position.
@whowasthatmaskedman Excellent examples. Also, there are many interviews of real holocaust survival stories (YouTube) some very graphic but important to stress the horrors Jewish people endured and the triumph of the human spirit for surviving.

@Grateful4you Yes. What came out of that suffering was the Modern State of Israel of course.. I dont think the Jewish people would consider it worth the price.

A Star is Born, with lady gaga and Bradley Cooper. I cried my eyes out.

It is an excellent movie and about 6 months later I found out she didn’t get shot but I couldn’t take the emotional risk with seeing it if she did.
@Pfuzylogic I don't need to be seeing anyone get sexually assaulted, though.

I saw that but it was an older version.
I’m sorry to hear it hurt so much.
It must have been a good movie to impact you that much.

Any movie where you watch a dog grow up through life and die of old age, for us humans that cycle takes alot longer to happen, but to watch a dog pass on,who has nothing but unconditional love in life is the hardest thing to watch and not shed a tear.im sure all of us in one day or another have lost a pet.

From Noon 'til Three. I saw it when I was 14 or so, and for some reason the ending haunted me for years.
