Do you believe your generation has the best children's cartoons or do you believe another generation had better shows?

Might just be nostalgia but late 80s and early 90s had what I consider the best.

Warner Brothers Daffy, Bugs, Yosemite Sam, Porky, Fog Horn, Sylvester & Tweetie,
Wyle E., Road runner, Elmer Fudd...

Swat Katz, Dexter’s Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, Batman, Superman and X-Men animated series, Johnny Quest and Scooby Doo, Atom Ant and Looney Tunes. The 90’s had the best hands down.

90's and 00's had some of the best cartoons in my opinion.

Technically, those were probably the last cartoons. Since 2000, animations are largely computer-generated.
Can be 3D CGI animated shows called cartoons at all?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@bijouxbroussard I don't doubt about it.

@CrazyMusicLover I don't make a distinction there really

@ViciDraco 👍️ I just find the term cartoons interesting because it always reminded me of cardboard which we call "kartón" here 😶 So I always associate them with traditional technique.
Although I can see why all animated movies and series are still called cartoons.
There was an awful lot of limited animation shlock there for awhile.

Don't get me wrong, I loved Speed Racer, but....
@MistyCee That was many folks’ introduction to anime.
@bijouxbroussard it was mine as well. Only I never really made it much farther.
My generation has the best everything. Music Nirvana
Ummm well that's all that Matters.

I think there are too many cartoons to choose from today. I can't keep track of them.

There were good ones and bad ones in every generation. The dumb ones in mine where those based on celebrities of the day. When Scooby Doo started including celebrity “guests”, IMO it lost its edge for a lot of kids.
