I have a long list but I'll try to sort it out lol.

Mirrormask (a movie written by Neil Gaiman) .. my favorite character was Valentine the guy with the mask. Ignore the really poor quality of the youtube video 😂

Other favorites are:

The Last Circus really good french film about clowns and war.. super dark
Swiss Army Man Believe it or not I actually found this movie strangely heartwarming.
Donnie Darko
Excision seriously a great movie by the way... watched it by accident.
Bride of Chucky ... because Tiffany
Ex Machina
Frenemies or Little Fish, Strange Pond A good film about philosophical serial killers. Not a lot of people like this movie but I do.. I'm so weird 😂
The Dark Knight
Superman vs. Batman.. only because of Lex Luthor and Doomsday :)
Wristcutters: A Love Story.. good movie about the afterlife but in a unique way.
Beetlejuice
White God... follows a dog's journey of being forced into a dog fighting. It's very sad, the dog leads a revolt against humans, which doesn't really happen until further in but it does remind you of the brutal horrors that animals face. I just wished it was more gory because I really hate animal abusers.
Borgman.. really weird realist movie about the Devil. It's not an action movie but I like it because it's just weird lol. It's kind of one of those movies that takes place in a character transformation way as you see this drifter (whose the devil or some kind of one anyways with a band of followers) slowly take over a family. There's some surrealist moments in it.
Get Out.. newer movie but really remarkable how they did the story for the meaning of it.
Prometheus and Alien Covenant.. because David is a mad scientist :)
Dogma

@SatanBurger I loved Mirrormask. You have interesting taste in movies. I appreciate you describing them, it makes me want to watch some of them.

@DanielChristensen Thanks for BA. It was hard trying to figure out which movies were more favorites than others lol. Some others I didn't mention was Escape from LA and Escape from New York and also the Dredd movies (the original and the newest one with Ma the villian.)

Mirrormask is a classic. That film hit home for me because of the mom in the movie (my mom died.)

@SatanBurger You're welcome.

I love the Escape and Dredd movies too.

Ohhhhh, Rain Man is really good. I also enjoy watching Top Gun, Walk the Line, Pretty Woman, Coat of Many Color, the Cowboy Way and 8 Seconds.

I'm not into "today's" movies, I'm more into old school stuff all around. (Movies and music).
DanielChristensen · 46-50, M
@SW-User Rain Man was my all time favorite for many years.

Joachim Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon were incredible in Walk The Line.

@DanielChristensen I learned later, that they actually sang in the movie. It wasn't anyone else singing. I never thought Reese had a voice! Lol

@AuroraDwen I don't go for old movies really, but I like some Edward G Robinson gangster movies

I would say Lord of the rings trilogy.
DanielChristensen · 46-50, M
@HeyRouben I can watch those any time they come on tv. Some small deviations from the books, but so well done.
