I Love My Kids

We're having meatloaf for dinner with corn, green beans and mashed potatoes. My daughter just informed me that she is a vegetarian and cannot eat meat. She just had chicken last night... But apparently she has a new friend from school who's a vegetarian so now my 10 year old says she's one. I guess she'll only be having vegetables tonight and tomorrow I guess we will have to go vegan shopping!
You are obviously a good mom, willing to support her in a decision that complicates your life a little more. I commend you.

My daughter is a vegetarian, and I accommodate her.

It is worth reading up on so that she gets a balanced diet, so essential for a growing child. It need not be too difficult to accommodate her. As a society, we eat far too much meat anyhow and healthy eating is always to be encouraged. Finally, making a big issue about food can increase the possibility of eating disorders later.
Lol I have been going through the same thing with my son but he liked meat too much too stop for very long. He nearly cried the other day when he found out he had eaten a rabbit. He didn't read the note in the cafe very well
