@kodiac Every time I drive by the state hospital here in my city, where horrendous torture was done on children from the age 3 & up for the MKULTRA program conducted by John W. Gittinger, I wonder how haunted those buildings are. There are plans to demolish the buildings and build a new state mental hospital closer to where I live. They say that it will be much smaller since they will only have about 100 beds for patients (there used to be about 3,000 patients till they started cutting down since the late 60s). The property of the state hospital will be sold for a business district and high density apartments and will pay for the building of the new hospital.
