Im a failure

I messed up and went over my calorie count by a lot. I give up. I'm just going to be fat,ugly and worthless until I die. I'll never reach my goal.

well 500 calories is too low amyway. A 1000 calorie diet would be more realistic. If you focus on high protein low carb foods. Be sure to incorporate vegetables to help you feel more satisfied. You can do this but set realistic goals for yourself and be nice to you.

@NeuroticByNature I used to follow a 1,000 a day diet but kept screwing up.

@FutureIdol every time you screw up just start fresh the next day.
