I Am Frustrated

@MarkPaul i did. Im using the same password and stuff that i used for my phone to get on wifi

@iamnikki Have it go through a self-repair... there's probably a conflict that needs to be reset because they probably had it set the wifi in the shop.

@MarkPaul well all they did was replace the fan so idk what they are gonna do about my home internet not working....

@iamnikki We know your home Internet is working because you phone in connected. So, something happened to the laptop. Don't let them off the hook.

@MarkPaul i hit forgot network, hoping it would cue me to retype the password and stuff. The wifi then disappeared. I would appear upon restarting then would disappear after telling me password was wrong. I continued this process until it took the password. Dont know why. I carefully entered the password, it wasn't wrong...ugh thanks for attempting to help
