I Have a Messed Up Sleep Schedule

Any advice on breaking it?

Get up ridiculously early and live like a zombie for a few days, repeatedly getting up at some horrific hour like 5am. You'll eventually just start passing out at the right time.

@LikeTheSun A co-worker has started on it. I cannot vouch for its efficacy, but hey it seems reasonable to me. I am not a doctor, or even someone with much trouble sleeping so my advice is best taken critically lol
Don't eat or drink anything a couple of hours before bedtime that might keep you from falling asleep or wake you up, like chocolate or alcohol. Get up at the same time every morning, regardless.

Wake up at the desired time and spend whole day outside doing something and somewhere you can't sleep. Get back home and go to bed timely. From the next day follow the schedule strictly with alarms.

Mine's messed up too ☹️ I'd say set a time to force yourself to sleep but I know that never works
