Do you prefer working day shift or night shift?

I wish I worked days. I'll be stuck on nights for a while.

prefer nights but have to work days

I worked mid shift all last year.(2pm-11pm). Now I'm back on day shift. (8am-4pm). I didn't mind the other shift, I only saw 6 sunrises throughout 2016.

Day shift because I don't want to disrupt my cortisol cycles, increasing the chances of cancer.

I prefer working a day shift. I've worked nights & i totally regret it because now my sleep pattern is messed up😥.
