Ways to make money from home?

Has anyone actually found ways to make money from home that are not scams? I'm not looking to get rich. Just some part time income. I'm not afraid to work hard, but I'd like to find something more tailored to an introvert.

I have a degree in nursing, but unfortunately I don't believe I picked the right career.

Thanks!

I'm a good baker and had a nice successful cupcake business with lots of regular customers before i had a stroke. the profit was great. You wont get rich but it's something to do and was fulfilling.

There's plenty of ways to make legit money from home, I've done it at times. You can become a Virtual Assistant and do tasks for people(Amazon Turk, ContemporaryVA), A call center representative(There are different ways to earn money from those kind of jobs and common sense will tell you which one to pick), you can become a reseller off ebay, and there's something else but I'm not going to say it XD. You should get the hint.

You could try freelance work if you have the patience for it

Why do you feel you made a mistake in choosing nursing? I'm a retired nurse and it was a wonderful career. You can go anywhere and get a job, pay is great. Just curious.

I'm glad you had a good experience with it! :)

I went into nursing because I want to help people, but I found it to be a lost cause. People except you to miss lunch and dinner, break your back, and work through the holidays to take care of them, but they won't do the littlest thing to help themselves.

I found most people never get better. Not because they are terminally ill, but because they won't manage their weight or take their meds.

It's really sad to see how much the population has deteriorated, maybe it's just the area I live in.

Nursing is such a hard profession, which is ok if it's rewarding. For me that one grateful patient out of 40 is not worth it to me.
