Do you carry the thoughts of work and work stress at home? Or do you leave it at work?

From today i decided to leave work at work only. No more carrying it around!

I leave it at work but I have taken it home in the past. :(

Yeah, i'm getting tired of it and it is useless to carry it around. Learning my lessons now :D

@blueumbrella: It is easy to take it home with us. It takes mental strength and I am not always successful at it. :(
