how is being firm being rude?

i get that we are supposed to be nice to employers but when i'm disrespected i'm not gonna take anyones bullshit. i mean honestly, i'm not gonna sit there and be like "okay.." when someone talks down to me. its not what you say its how you say it... and by twisting the story youre being rude.

Do you find yourself indispensable? Not many people are.. and even those who think or believe that they really ARE, generally aren't.

You need to know that actually you're really in a strong position to do this..

. .. this is why speaking your mind and being honest doesn't always work, unless you're something special with something more to offer than anyone else..

I'm sorry to be blunt, I've seen it all, it is what it is..
