For me the reason is forthcoming and I think it will focus on his lack of divestment from his businesses. If not that something else will rise to the surface. His track record as a businessman pretty much insures it.
In the case of Bill Clinton, the charge was perjury that he denied having sex with THAT woman. Later he said that it wasn't perjury because he didn't have intercourse which to him constituted sex. Many men and women feel that way about the matter🤔😀
Impeachment isn't the same as removal. Impeachment is when he's called to trial by the House of Representatives. They then , if they choose can remove him from office.I guess Pense would take over if Trump were removed@LvChris:
Well that's just a 'do you support him or not' question, really. I mean, people wanted to impeach Obama because they disliked him, not because he did anything impeachable.
That said, I think the question "will congress impeach Trump" is a more interesting one.
You're right. Congress. That's what it comes down to. My thinking is that there will be business ties that are so blatant that Congress won't have a choice. Either that or Russian ties. But it's going to need to be something that no one can deny. Maybe an over the top public meltdown that proves his instability? A drug problem surfaces? Anyone's guess. But if there's enough GOP lawmakers whose positions are threatened because of Trump's actions, they'll sell him out in a literal New York minute.
@LvChris: lolz.. i dont normally watch Saturday night live. but i was watching it yesterday. chapelle and chris rock doing a skit about election night with hillary supporters.. i couldnt stop laughing..
Since the last adminstration got away with Bengazi , I really don't think anyone will ever be impeached again.☺ It doesemt get much worse than that Oh wait I forgot about the emails, but that's a different deal.
She wasn't responsible for what happened at Benghazi.A committee studied it and found out it was just a lapse in judgement with deadly consequences. When you're in the position of Secretary of State, decisions can be deadly.Look at Vietnam. As far as the emails, there was nothing in them of consequence. Even the few that were classified. There was nothing really there that threatened our National Security. But they were classified. That's why she was so criticised. You've been listening to that BSer, Donald Trump for too long.
@johnny253: the lapse in judgment was theirs. The few classified emails, yes they were, thanks for admitting her wrong. Sorry but that's before Trump was there.
@johnny253: The guts of it reads, "no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince or foreign state." An example is the Kuwaiti Embassy recently moving an event scheduled to take place at the Four Seasons to a Trump hotel.
The fact that it's at it's lowest point is a Trump lie. It's the best it's been in 8 years.Unfortunately, so many people fell for his b*** S**t.Eight years ago, we were in the greatest recession since the Depression. Today, we no longer are.
Well, he's doing what he said he was going to do. I didn't vote for him, because I didn't want him to do those things. I can't say he's disappointing me, except that he's a bigger narcissist than even I'd ever imagined. 😐
