You ever play a part in someone getting fired from your workplace

Not from my workplace, but the cleaning lady who worked for the dentist office under my apartment at the time got fired after I complained about her always coming in at night to clean while blasting music very loud. She also brought her boyfriend multiple times and.. well... It wasn't a very soundproof building.
