Good news and bad news for myself

Long story short: I lost a lot of my hours at work, and at first I was sad to lose money but actually I'd rather my week days be a little more enjoyable and not so miserable lol

So instead I'm very happy 🥳

@ElyssTTTrucks exactly,I was on it for a little bit but I think in the long run I'd rather have more manageable hours + less money instead of more money + harder hours. Granted I'm lucky enough to not need to work to survive where I would need more hours. My brother is someone who always took more hours if available and I can't relate at all

@PetalsOfLilac There were days at work where I could feel my life energy draining away like an hourglass with a hole in the bottom. Doing NOTHING that I actually wanted to do every Monday through Friday. Every week. Month after month. Year after year. It felt like a slow crawl to death in very small yet continuous increments.
