I dread work tomorrow

I'm still on my period and the cramps are NOT letting up. I'm terrified of having to be stuck at work while I am cramping and bleeding like this. But I can't miss even one more day or I'll be terminated.

Take the strongest painkiller you have. I used to have the most horrible period cramps I had to call in sick sometimes of how much they hurt.
