I am on my 3rd week of an 8 week training course in Administration for a Not-for-Profit organization that helps rehabilitate Prisoners into society. It's also an Op shop and a Cafe for people with Down-Syndrome.
The Previous boss died suddenly and the 6 other workers are doing their best to keep the place going but they are ill-equipped to the task. Trying to do too many things at once and starting to get on each others nerves.
They want to go from Paper to digital with their records which has been given to me to do. (Like I have any idea how to do that!) And have been left to work it out for myself.
They hired a new guy this week who looks like the type who chopped his mother up with an axe... Very quiet and strange.
But occasionally the people from the Cafe gives me free cupcakes so its all good.
