I think I'm in the wrong company. Should I continue or quit?
I applied last November 2025 to this company but just started in the middle of April 2026. The process is very stressful since they'll text me that they will give job offer then ghost me, and it happened 3x until I finally onboard.
2 weeks after I got in, I didn't expect that the job would be extremely stressful as the process of our team is not organized. Since this is media (I used to have the same position and industry), it eats up most of my time. The stress I felt before was doubled here.
Although the salary is quite good (not high), I often think about my health. I'm always anxious, my stomach hurts, and I foget to drink water.
Just earlier this morning, I had list of news that was approved by my seniors. However, the anchor didn't liked it and blame me. I understand though, I wrote that. What's surprising is my seniors didn't even say a word and they speak like it's all my fault.
There's also an indirect threat like "I'll try to understand since you've been handling the show for 2 weeks, but I hope you can adapt soonest because you don't that wont be good."
Now I really want to quit, I dont even care if this is one of my dream jobs. But I don't have money and i don't where to apply. I am thinking to change career, but I really don't know.
