@Donotfolowme Yeah, some friend of one of my clients thinks she's large & in charge & I had to show her otherwise.

@Tumbleweed that is confusing. I thought the client was hurt by the actions of the "boss."

@samueltyler2 The "boss" is a family friend, she comes in the house making demands & telling the client how to run her life. The client sees it as she's trying to help. Ok, so talking to the caregivers like idiots is helping??
And this friend wrote down a list of what we are to do, I refused because she isn't in any way affiliated with my agency, she just wants to run the show. So I'm out. I haven't liked this friend from day one & I refuse to deal with her anymore.
The client terminated her contract with our agency but still needs help & I was willing, but not anymore.
