Took 50 calls in four hours

Spanish CSRs all around me just relaxing with no calls. I was so stressed out I was shaking. I am so sick of this shit. The bilinguals at my job are paid more because they speak TWO languages. So please tell me why they ONLY take Spanish calls and not English???? This is infuriating.

Maybe the higher ups are racist and favor the latin employees over the others? That's happened to me long ago when I worked at McDonald's. I worked at a McDonald's in Detroit and me and the few other workers who weren't the majority got treated like shit.

@buriedalive that is 💯 what I think is going on. Not just from my call volume, but also several other forms of "favoritism" I've witnessed repeatedly.
