I sat with a mentor at work today

She actually gave me a TON of tips I hadn't known before. I'm handling calls much easier now, and I think management did something to reduce my call volume (finally, after I threatened to get my doctor to write an accommodation if they didn't) because it's 1pm and I've only taken about 25 calls. Normally by this time I'd be at 40 already. 🥳

Make sure you tell them of the difference it has made. Maybe ask them if there are any positions at a higher level now as you'd like to move forward.
