What's the reason you are still sticking to your current job or position?

Rampant age discrimination. Within the first few moments after introduction you can tell they dont want you. That's fine, my last employer is trying to steal me away from my current IT job. Neither will keep me for long anyway as I'm retiring in 11 months.
