I am at a breaking point.

I cant go any longer. I am babysitting the son of the higher ups. I am literately being a mother to a 50 years old man. He cant operate a computer, he barely can operate a phone, he cant drive and it is incapable of operate any kind of machine, even a coffee maker.

I am tired of this and i still have almost half a day with him.

@smileylovesgaming Federal govt did this to themselves in the mid 1980's when they modded the then retirement separate from Soc Sec. By making it a three-legged stool of retirement/Soc Sec/TSP (like a 401k), they locked people into waiting until 67+/- for Soc Sec. Before, 30 years and 55, or 62, people retired. Now they wait.
people follow the rewards.

Local govts often get retirees or people after they have sufficient wealth to serve without hurting their standard of living.
