Full blown anxiety attacks now when I have to go to work

I'm so burned out. I'm sick of taking three times the calls everyone else does. I have the daily reports to prove it, I have brought it to the attention of supervisors and my Vocational Support Advocate, but nothing gets done to reduce my call volume. I want to quit so bad, but of course I can't afford to. So every workday morning, I wake up and dread slowly washes over me, tightening my chest, wrecking my nervous system. I fight the urge to cry, and push myself to go through the motions and get on with the day.

But to be honest, Idk how much longer I can do this.

That kind of mental stress is horrible. Maybe time to look for a new job?

@PHlover19701 I've been looking. Nothing close to me pays as well, and I'm barely scraping by as it is.

@DearAmbellina2113 How about a side hustle to bring in extra income?

@PHlover19701 Idk what I'd do. I tried cam stuff and made a little money from that, but that's kind of humiliating and gets old after a few times.

@DearAmbellina2113 I didnt mean selling your body. Yes, I can see how that could be humiliating and get old after a while if you didnt enjoy it. Check out a site like in the link below. They have a lot of various types of jobs where people hire you to do a task...could be helping someone in a particular school subject, or do personal assistant type things...tons of stuff. I had one on there where I created custom Excel spreadsheets/ templates. Tap into some talents.
