Very, especially during the summer months when the demand and heat are higher.
The stress comes from not only being a perfectionist and expecting a certain caliber of excellence from those around me, but it also comes from being on a constant time crunch to push out orders otherwise tickets get backed up. During the summer months, we can be so crowded that the wait to get in the door is an hour and the wait on food can be just as long. That kind of hangry vibe mixed with relying on others to bring their A game ramps up the stress of the environment.
