What hours do you work? What tume you usually go to bed?

Me:

I usually work 7 or 8pm to 3-5 am depending on the night

Usually go to bed anywhere between 4- 7 am

I get up at 3 am, work from 5:45 to 3:15, and usually am crashing into sleep at around 8 or 9 pm.
