What hours do you work? What tume you usually go to bed?

Me:

I usually work 7 or 8pm to 3-5 am depending on the night

Usually go to bed anywhere between 4- 7 am

I'm a freight train driver for work. Rail operations run 24/7/365 so shifts are all over the shop. We are required to have 12 hrs off between shifts starting at our normal depot/site.

I'm perm part time around parenting my daughter.

I tend to do a lot of late afternoon and night shifts during my 'on' days.
