Work rant. Thanks ahead of time for listening.

My clients are married & both have dementia that is rapidly increasing. One has a broken hip & wrist from a fall & the other is deaf & a sundowner, my favorite coworker is about to quit, I'm in the midst of a med change, I work 6 days a week & come home to a cat who is literally climbing the walls. My phone is constantly ringing or beeping and there is entirely too much fucking noise in my head.
I love my job but sometimes I just need to scream. 🥺
