I advise my two assistants at work to just hang up whenever an employee calls shouting and being rude to them, that if said employee wants to complain about that, to give me a call. No one should have to take that abuse and I’m sure not going to allow it with my assistants.

Well if they're paying, then they're allowed to be more rude, vs someone that's being paid...

Some people are just horrible to customers. I would be ashamed to act like that but I can also stand my ground when the need arises
