Getting let out early from work doesn’t mean much nowadays when my man can’t get off early too 😕

Desmond rarely gets let out early at his job, so whenever my boss tells me I can go home early for the day, I always just stay until closing anyway. Des and I get off work at the same time and he still doesn’t have a car yet, so I always just wait until he gets off so we can both go home. Sure, I could just go to our place since we actually don’t live too far away from our respective workplaces, but I don’t want to do that. It’s no fun unless I have him with me.
