@basilfawlty89 I'm dealing with a guy like that right now. He convinced a judge that he was deserving of a year's worth of free rent, and now he's demanding another year. Meanwhile, the mortgage company is about to put the property he's occupying on the auction block, because we're not getting any damn income to pay them, because he thinks he's entitled to not pay us.

Personally, I hope they do auction it, and he goes back to living under a bridge. Because that's what he's trying to do to us.
