Man things must be tough

I got two door to door salesmen trying to convince me to switch to Verizon.

Could you do that for a living? Id rather clean offices or flip burgers. That has to be a tough one, ring some strangers bell and go into a rehearsed bullshit story about how I can’t live without Verizon WiFi

Yes, I agree. A tough way to make a living.

@FreeSpirit1 I had a severe thunderstorm with hail roll through a couple of months ago. Since then, the same salesperson stopped by 3 times asking if his company could inspect the roof for any damage.

Of course they will find some I’m sure @Teslin

@FreeSpirit1 Yes, probably. But he said it would all be covered by the insurance company.
@Teslin if storm chasers are coming in after a severe hail storm there is a good chance roofs and siding were damaged. call a local roofing specialist to inspect your roof. the standard is 10 hits in a 10 x10 area and the roof is a loss.

@saragoodtimes Thank you, I will look into that.
@Teslin we had a severe hail storm in May, 2014. they had to send plows out to clear streets. while nothing seemed apparent it turned outto do over $30000 damage to our roof, siding , shutters and gutters

@saragoodtimes WOW !! I hope your insurance covered what you expected and there wasn't a big issue?
@Teslin all we paid was the $1000 deductable. the insurance adjuster found things the contractor didn't.
