Work rant is a valid title ffs

My weekend clients are a married couple and the wife fell and broke her hip and is now in a rehab facility. Last Sunday, I took the husband to visit her. She's been there for two weeks now and that's the only time he's been taken to see her. I'm only here on Saturdays & Sundays so wtf goes on here during the week????
He does need help, yes, but it's not like he has no clue what's going on, nor is he like an infant & requires alot of baggage to take on an outing.
Pretty upset right now.
