My monthly performance report said "CSR should have asked if the customer needed anything else as many times as possible before ending call".

Um. No baby. I will ask once. If you ask an additional question after that, I will answer it and end the call. I am not gonna stay on the phone all day with you to make sure you ask your 20 questions.
