My monthly performance report said "CSR should have asked if the customer needed anything else as many times as possible before ending call".

Um. No baby. I will ask once. If you ask an additional question after that, I will answer it and end the call. I am not gonna stay on the phone all day with you to make sure you ask your 20 questions.

You work for the organisation it doesn't work for you hence can't question them if you do you shall buy grief n due to death of jobs their are many waiting to replace you..that's the bitter truth accept it n move on
