I get to the house this morning and Martha wasn't in her chair. So I'm thinking, ok, she's in the bathroom. Then I see her walker & she absolutely cannot walk without it. Dan is deaf so he explained the best he could when I asked where she was....

My years in EMS have taught me that falls like that can be devastating. Recovery will be long and difficult too. It would have been more professional to let you know the situation before arrival.

I do hope that Martha is doing good and that she is recovering from her broken hip. Unfortunately, those bones take a long time to heal.

@Tumbleweed is he able to meet those whop bring him hos meals? One of our people sometimes cannot get to the door he is so bad, we smell weed at his place, one loves coming out to greet us, such a nice man!

@samueltyler2 No, we cook for them. I have a client through a different agency and he's blind so he gets meals delivered on Fridays. We cook for him as well but he looks forward to those delivered meals too.
