They’ll be like “which word is most like you and which is least like you? “Objective, kind, ambitious”. Like bro I don’t want to say any of those are least like me and they have nothing to do with each other like ???? I swear they just make you answer 100 of these stupid questions just to see if you’re willing to put up with bullshit to get the job

I love it when you ask those types of HR consultans, what the science is behind their method.
Last time someone told me they would send it to me... I'm still waiting.
You won't get the job though, most of them get really defensive about this stuff... they are just stuck in a bizar reality that makes them feel really important about themselves.
