@Zeuro since the fifties we've understood that these tests don't measure personality per se, but they screen out the left in politics really well.
That's why before 1990 or so it was known to be unethical to design the workforce to be more conservative and we didn't take these tests in ordinary job applications.
For about twenty years, everyone was red screened.

@Zeuro you screen for a mind set, you use actual commie's results and results you programmed to look like a commie profile by using a commie - like thinking process to answer all the questions. The people who answered like the commies are out. The resulting teams are reliable - they'll bully any commie that gets through! US history is the results.

@Roundandroundwego how would they know what results a communist would have or whether it’s due to their communism? None of the questions they ask are about political ideology. And why would T-mobile care if their employees are communists?
