They’ll be like “which word is most like you and which is least like you? “Objective, kind, ambitious”. Like bro I don’t want to say any of those are least like me and they have nothing to do with each other like ???? I swear they just make you answer 100 of these stupid questions just to see if you’re willing to put up with bullshit to get the job

@Zeuro since the fifties we've understood that these tests don't measure personality per se, but they screen out the left in politics really well.
That's why before 1990 or so it was known to be unethical to design the workforce to be more conservative and we didn't take these tests in ordinary job applications.
For about twenty years, everyone was red screened.
