So now I find out that my blind guy isn't being properly cared for
and I'm pissed.
He depends on a cab to take him to & from dialysis, about a 30, 35 minute ride. The cab shows up late in the mornings, leaves him stranded in the afternoons quite often. HIs B/P was dangerously low last week & they just dropped him off at home & left. He had to sit outside til he got able to even get inside his house.
Yeah they get busy, I get that, but his transport is already paid for and he's ill, ffs.
Then I find out that he has to depend on some Meals on Wheels type organization to get a decent meal in the evenings, but ONLY Friday evenings.
WTF???
So, I dug out my diabetic cookbook and I WILL be cooking meals for him, not a damn bologna sandwich or frozen pizza.
AND I'm working on ME being the one to transport him to & from Dialysis.
I don't understand people doing a half ass job with someone who is this ill.
