Anyone else work in an industry where you hand over work to next person on duty?

Usually a 24/7 operation. How are you together as a team? Love or hate each other?

Is the blame put on other shift when things go wrong?

That happens a fair bit in my job where a task is passed onto a new crew because it can take 2, sometimes more, crews to get it done.
