So I talked to my coworker from the hotel yesterday.

She said she's by herself some days, to open, run the kitchen, clean up, close plus put their truck away. Works 6, 7 days a week. And was mad at me for leaving.
What she didn't know it that I agreed to help Tuesdays & Wednesdays but her loving boss said no.
So I told her I guess the GM thinks no help at all is better than a little bit.
I am SO glad I'm gone from there!!!

Sounds as though mismanagement is a priority.

@SomeMichGuy I messaged my friend half an hour ago & she hasn't even answered me yet so that tells me she's screwed again today...

@SomeMichGuy Right?!? And Marriott standards is ALL about keeping the guests happy & acting as a waitress would, checking on tables, asking them if they need more coffee, etc. How can she do that plus everyrhing else??
