I used to try self medicating with alcohol.

But ever since I’ve started therapy, I’ve been improving dramatically.

Albert Camus and a handful of other philosophers have helped me in understanding myself and the world. I was ashamed of being human. “God forbid another human sees me being human”. That was my fear, I didn’t want to be seen.

Naturally, co-workers will pry after a certain amount of time of working with them, I would get scared and switch jobs.

I didn’t like it when people would try to get close to me back then.

@Lilnonames The worst is when you forget you had worked somewhere and you file your taxes, only to receive another one or two W-2’s in the mail afterwards.
