Have you ever been reported to HR? What was the reason?

I was in a one-on-one with my boss. She kept harping on and on about this one trivial thing, which I was already pissed off about. I kept telling her I understood what she was saying, but she just kept going on and on about it. So, I stood up, said, "We're done," and walked out.

Probably not a good idea to piss off the only employee left who had supported you the day before your 360 review. Three days later, she boxed up her stuff and walked out the door.

The HR guy apologized to me for having to write me up.
