What makes work a crazy experience?

Bosses of other departments that don’t make their people do things the way they should. Makes my department more work and nobody cares. All falls on def ears. And even people in some my department don’t do things the way they should. Nothing we can do about it. I’ve been there 23 years 19 years in this department. It is what it is. And don’t even make a lot of money. But the place is lenient and understanding of personal issues. Not a lot of rules no pint system.

Any type of chaos. I like peace and quiet. If something happens dont lose your 💩 please remain calm and lets figure out how to fix it or move forward.

Boss forgets to turn off camera during Zoom call breaks. 😒
