Time for work evaluations

Mine isn't until next week, but I'm doing my two assistants' evals today. I never liked this part of my job. Especially when I have tell my girls straight up there are some things they really need to improve upon. But we all have to do it, right? Might as well just get it over with.

That was pretty good I used to hate doing them the last two times I had to do them I gave all the evaluations to the employees themselves told him to fill them out they better be tough on themselves because if I have to change anything I won't be happy they always did a good job evaluating themselves
