That like being a when we were kids. We only had had 3 channels NBC, CBS and ABC and that was it. Then came PBS. We thought we were in heaven with a another channel.
And now your complaining. Remember when they didn't have TVs in the hospital rooms, but you could smoke in them.

@HumanEarth And all we had was a black & white tv till the late 60’s…on the farm we only got 2 good stations, the other station was far enough away that the antenna didn’t pick it up well enough that we wanted to watch it.

@HumanEarth Yeah more to do outside than inside. Watching shows in black & white was not all that fun to me.

I remember going to store with different family members and they always had a vacuum tubes with them to test them at the vacuum tube testing machine.
