I suspect there will be an injunction.

It is arbitrary and capricious, coercive, likely violates the Administrative Procedures Act, the Anti-Deficiency Act, and labor laws.

People who sign up have no legal guarantees, and have to waive all rights to sue if it goes bad. There is no money appropriated, the terms are vague and can be altered at their will, etc. They can bait and switch.

Be careful. I doubt they pay anyone. It's a Trump scam to replace government workers with his followers.
