You know what’s crazy .. I have a union job .. and I don’t get any kind of benefits until I’ve put in a year of work..

But my 2nd job at a gas station gave me medical dental and vision within a week of working there ..but it also makes sense because I could get robbed and shot anytime .. at least I’ll have new glasses at my funeral 🤣

It's because the unions don't want long-term workers. They want a revolving door to do the work, so that people with tenure (and their family members) don't have to work.
